What happens on the day of my picnic
​The day and time of your picnic will be confirmed by me when you book your picnic. I will be contacting you the day before and the day of your picnic to confirm details, with the contact information you provided me with. If your location is a public area, I will give you instructions of what to look for. If you decide to leave earlier than the end time, please call/text me before you leave the set up unattended. You are responsible for the materials until I arrive for clean up.

What if I am running late?
It is asked that you try your best to be at your event on time. But if you are running late, please let me know and I will keep an eye on your set up/event until you arrive. Your event will still end at the same time no matter what time you arrive. You can choose to add more time, each additional 30 minutes is $25 extra. If you choose to add time you must let me know at least 24 hours before your event.

What happens if I need to cancel?
With weather being unpredictable sometimes, if the weather does not permit to an event, you can reschedule to my next available date. Or we can move your picnic or event indoors if your space accommodates! If you need to cancel your picnic/event it must be 3 days before your event date. A deposit is required at the booking of your event, so canceling after the 3 day deadline your deposit is non refundable.

Can I bring my four legged friend?
I love being able to bring my pup wherever I go so yes! if the location of your picnic or event allows animals, lets discuss a way for your animals best friends to be included!!
